Fish with the first cochlear implant (formerly deaf) licensed inshore charter fishing captain, Capt. James Weaver III, on the beautiful coast of northwest Florida (St. Joe Bay to Alligator Point).
Capt. James fishes with 1 or 2 anglers out of a Maverick HPX-V skiff boat with Yamaha outboard. While Capt. James poles the boat, you will stand on the boat's high deck platform to sight, cast and catch fish using either light tackle or fly fishing gear.
Also, you can bring wading boots (during warm weather) to wade, sight and catch the fish (like bonefishing) in the knee to waist deep water if you prefer. During the winter months, chest waders would be best if you plan to get wet.
About communications with Capt. James, there would be no problem at all. Just come and have fun, and if you're planning to sight-fish, be sure to bring your amber or brown polarized sunglasses.
